Delete Your Account
You can delete your Narde account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
Delete from within the app
- Open Narde.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion.
This is the fastest method and works on both iOS and Android.
Delete by web request (if you have uninstalled the app)
If you no longer have the app installed, you can still request deletion:
- Send an e-mail to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, or
- Submit the request form at [WEB ACCOUNT-DELETION URL].
We verify your identity before acting on the request, so please write from your registered e-mail address or include enough information for us to locate your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your personal data, including:
- account and identity data (e-mail, username, password hash, passkey identifiers);
- profile and social data (nickname, avatar, following/followers, presence);
- your match history and ELO (anonymized);
- your settings and consent records.
What we may keep (and why)
We may retain limited data where another legal basis requires it, for example:
- Moderation, ban and report records — to enforce safety measures and prevent ban evasion.
- Purchase/financial records — as required by tax and accounting law.
- Data needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Timing
Deletion is completed without undue delay, subject to the exceptions above. Backups are purged on their normal rotation.
